How to Say "NO!"

Aren't you tired of putting yourself out there to be taken advantage of?

Stream the show here!

On tonight's show we'll discuss how you can say "no" and not feel guilty about it one bit. Too often some people allow others to take advantage of them. Maybe you're interested in them for a relationship, looking to make friends, or just don't like rejecting people.

Whatever the reason, that ends tonight. After 60-75 minutes of discussing this topic off of my Show Legends, you'll never feel guilty about saying "no" to someone again!

We'll discuss this, Zone Coverage, and more on the Talk 2 Q Radio Show! "No experts. Just opinions."

#Cancer Sucks!

Wed., Oct. 21st @ 10 PM EDT
Tonight, we will discuss something that has probably affected everyone's life in some shape, form, or fashion.  Cancer.

Stream the show here!

I can't begin to tell you how much I hate cancer. It took my mom's life in June 2012. It took my wife of 10 years away from me just five months later.

All of us have (or will) deal with cancer in our lives at some point. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and people do an excellent job of getting the word out about preventive exams.

Tonight, we will discuss how important it is to be medically aware and offer encouragement and insight for those dealing with this terrible disease.

What's Feminine & What's Masculine (to you)?

Tue., Oct. 19th @ 10 PM EDT
Have the lines between man and woman blurred to the point of ambiguity?

Stream the show here!

This show won't be controversial at all now will it? Yeah, I know better. People will always question someone who questions anything about gender traditions. Some people don't think that it's something that should be questioned.

Well, you know that this show brings everything to the table to be discussed and this topic will not be excluded.

- Are dresses a form of masculinity now?
- Are guys in finger/toe nail polish acceptable now in society?
- Is seeing women in gentlemen's strip clubs okay to you?

These things and more will be discussed on this episode. Not to ridicule or belittle, but to take the temperature of where America stands on it. All on the Talk 2 Q Radio Show. "No experts. Just opinions."

How to Spot A Liar!

I bounce some questions off of my Show Legends to determine how they recognize a liar.

Stream the show here!

I've learned two things as of late: 1) the world is filed with liars. 2) Women lie just as much as men.

The only thing that's worse than a liar is a thief. Lying is normally something done as a defense mechnanism, but some people do it just to impress others.

I can't name the number of times I've heard someone lie unnecessarily just to look good in front of someone.

Tonight, I'll bounce some questions off of my Show Legends to get their opinions on liars and how to deal with them. That along with Zone Coverage and more on the Talk 2 Q Radio Show. "No experts. Just opinions."

Should Marriage Traditions Continue to Evolve?

Tue., Oct. 13th @ 10 PM Eastern
Are marriage traditions changing for the better or for the worse?

Stream the show here!

Some would argue that they've already changed, but tonight we'll try to determine what's still important to people and what's not.

My parents were born in the 40's, so they were very deeply rooted in to the old school tradition of marriage. My mom cooked and cleaned. My dad handled vehicle maintenance and yard work.

Those are the basics and those roles have changed tremendously over the past 50 years. But what about some of the more subtle things:

- Should a woman still take her husband's last name?
- Are prenuptial agreements not just for rich people any more?
- Is marriage a business partnership or an experience of love?

Let's face it. Some people take a lot of time to present themselves in public. Whether is taking forever to put on makeup or trying to get the right crease in your pants.

Appearance is important... to some. To others it's whatever. But what does it mean to society? Can opposites coexist long term?

What happens when she dresses up, but he dresses down? Or vice versa?

Whether you like wearing wing tips or high heels or just flip flops or Crocs. You'll enjoy hearing the different perspectives on this show as I dig into the brains of my Show Legends.

An NFL vet joins the show!

The homie, Daddy Rich, hooked me up with a childhood buddy of his, Mike Caldwell.  Mike played lineback in the NFL for 11 seasons (Browns, Ravens, Cardinals, Eagles, Bears, and Panthers).  He played under coaches Bill Belichick, Nick Saban, Andy Reid and more.  He played with Hall of Fame caliber players like Ray Lewis, Aeneas Williams, Brian Dawkins, and more.

Out of Middle Tennessee State, Mike knew that he had a chance to be in the NFL.  He got drafted in the 2nd round in 1993 and the dream began.
