Free The IRP6!

Tue., Oct. 1st @ 10 PM EDT
Listen to the show here!

Tonight, I'm joined by the president of the AJC (A Just Cause), Sam Thurman to discuss what happened to the members of the IRP6.

AJC (www.a-justcause.com) is an organization established by a group of concerned citizens, who witnessed what should have been a federal civil case, turn in to a federal criminal case that was grossly over-criminalized.

They help fight against abuse and misuse of power occurring today, within our U.S. judicial system. Per AJC, the IRP6 (5 black/1 white): Gary Walker, David Banks, Clinton Stewart, Kendrick Barnes, Demetrius Harper and David Zirpolo (www.freetheirp6.org) case in a nutshell is a corporate debt collection case that got criminalized by an over-zealous FBI agent John Smith and Assistant U.S. Attorney Matthew Kirsch in Denver, CO.

The details around the case from its inception, all the way through to prosecution, conviction and sentencing is what sheds light to the over-criminalization and corrupt judicial process that can occur in our judicial system. This is a classic case of the government going after a win at any cost!

We'll discuss that and more on the Talk 2 Q Radio Show!

We all know that famous line that is given out in most traditional weddings. Yet, very few people realize that it's what you say / do before the wedding is planned that can increase your chances of "'til death due us part."

We'll discuss those things as we break down marriage in the U.S. Joining me for the first time will be Floridian, Court Nichelle.

Also on the show, are celebrity dads getting the preferred treatment when it comes to custody disputes? Is this a good or bad thing?

Should fraternities and sororities be forced to integrate or are groups of one race still acceptable?

Can lust turn into love?  If so, then how can you tell the difference?  When can a steamy, physical relationship develop into a fruitful and prosperous marriage?

Open-Carry Gun Law Passes

Wed., Sept. 18th @ 10 PM ET
Call-In #: (347) 202-0215 or use Skype Stream the show here
(Chat room available during live airing)

In late August, the Mississippi state Supreme Court voted 9-0 to overturn a decision blocking the open-carry/concealed-weapon law. The bill states that an adult doesn't need to carry a permit to carry a gun that's not concealed. So, if it's in the open, then like John Wayne, you can wear it on your hip without a permit. That's if you're not a ex-felon or mental health patient.

Will this make law enforcement more trigger happy knowing that they will encounter people with immediate access to guns? Will this deter car jackings and robberies if the bad guys think that you may be "quick on the draw?"

Also being discussed on the show:

  • Will robots replace humans in the hospitals sooner than later?
  • Is a man telling a woman to smile a form of male domination?

The Young Brothers, Kevin and Brian, return to break down the 9/14 fight between undefeated boxers, Floyd Mayweather and Canelo Alvarez.

What appeared to be a potential Fight of the Year candidate was just another Mayweather-dominated fight.  Dude is just light years better than his competition despite being on the wrong side of 35 years old. We'll discuss Mayweather's money management skills (or lack thereof).

Also on the show, is it good to have an on/off again relationship?  Can it somehow be healthy for a couple and strengthen their bond?

Can You Be Labeled "Gay" Forever?

Wed., Sept. 11th @ 10 PM ET

We've all heard mature ladies share stories about being "curious" in college. Same sex experiences among women hardly raises an eyebrow when some ladies share their steamy stories. They are rarely judged for it, especially if they eventually marry men.

However, with men, it's a completely different story. If a man has any type of non-traditional physical contact with another man, even just a kiss, and he's gay for life.   Is that fair?

Also on the show, we'll discuss John McCain playing poker during a meeting on a possible armed strike against Syria.  Was he wrong for that or should he be allowed an opportunity to unwind?

Can you be addicted to the internet?  The Behavioral Health Services at Bradford Regional Medical Center in Pennsylvania thinks so.  And they'll charge you $14,000 to correct it.  Is this a legitimate disorder?

Lastly, can a marriage ruin a relationship?  I know it sounds funny, but some people actually believe it.

I'm a very direct guy, but I'm far from insensitive. I come from a time when people just told you the truth. They didn't tell you to be mean. They told you to help you.

Well, those days are long gone. We now live in a time where "there are no losers" and "you're special in your own little way" is the norm. Because of that, people are more sensitive about things. What doesn't bother you may cause someone else to lose sleep at night. Lawsuits and boycotts have forced our entire nation to walk on eggshells.

We have Freedom of Speech, but only if you watch what you say. Well, tonight, we'll discuss what direction this country needs to go to resolve this issue. Comedians are handcuffed. TV/radio talking heads are censored.

Just what exactly can we say in this country?   I'll be joined by Brad.  Who is Brad?  He's one of the most sarcastic people I've come across in social networking.  His frequent trips to my chat room has led me to believe that he is the perfect person to discuss random topics with on this particular show!
