Are Dudes Only "Thirsty" if Women Aren't Attracted to Them?

The short answer: absolutely! At least most guys who get called "thirsty" think so. :) We've seen so many terms that describes situations get thrown around on social media. "Girl, that one dude inboxed me again. He's so 'thirsty'!"

What does "thirsty" mean in slang terms? "Too eager to get something" according to UrbanDictionary.com. But is the person truly "thirsty" or do you just not want the attention from him? If (insert celebrity guy here) inboxed you, would he also be dismissed for being "too eager" to get with you?
