On this special Q-on-1 podcast, I chat with vegan lifestyle expert, Esosa!
This interview was recorded back in 2015, but only the audio was released. So, this episode of T2Q is not a live one, but the premiere of a video from back in the day that has never been seen. My show airs live every week, but I took this week off to celebrate my fiancee's birthday. Priorities, right?
So, enjoy this episode of the first video interview I ever did for the Talk 2 Q Radio Show and I'll see you back live and in-person next week!
When she's not acting, designing, or producing, she's posting on her health blog, "Raw Girl in A Toxic World." Her site gives readers access to vegan recipes as well as insights and inspiration to healthy living.
I'll ask her about how she got started with her healthy living and I'll inquire about her mission to influence others! We'll also discuss how she got started on her TV show, "An African City."
All and this and more on the Talk 2 Q Radio Show!
Esosa E is a raw vegan lifestyle expert. After receiving an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and completing business studies at Columbia University, her personal health crises and battle with acne led her to change her lifestyle and begin avid studies of holistic health in 2007.
After being vegan for over ten years, Esosa finally felt she tapped into her full potential when she began eating a diet largely comprised of raw foods which helped her heal her acne and cleanse from parasites.
She is the host of "Healthy Living in a Toxic World," a radio show now available on BlogTalkRadio and is also the author of “The Acne-Free Diet,” an e-book guide to overcoming acne for life.
Outside of her passion for health, Esosa is an award-winning actress, writer, filmmaker, and model. Her mission is to make raw and vegan lifestyles accessible to anyone interested in achieving optimal health.
