In honor of Independence Day, we'll take a look at exactly how we view the U.S. today.
Do we respect the flag, National Anthem or our leaders? Is the 4th of July just for barbecuing or does it still have historical value? Do our role models show a lack of respect for the Stars and Stripes?
Also, we'll talk about a new Sesame Street Muppet who has a troubled life. Alex is the first Muppet to have a parent in jail. Some people aren't happy about this character while others applaud him.
We will also take a look at a pre-teen heavy metal band who is gaining a lot of national attention from "their look."
